Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of agentry ("agentry", "we", "us") — the website at agentry.run, the dashboard, the CLI, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. Early access
The Service is in early access. It is provided as is and as available, may change or have interruptions, and is not covered by any uptime or support commitment. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
2. Your responsibilities
agentry runs the software your AI agent builds on servers you control. You are responsible for:
- The servers you connect and the code and data you run on them.
- What your applications do, and complying with the laws that apply to them.
- Keeping your account credentials and device access secure.
- The terms and costs of any third parties you use through agentry, including your AI model provider and your server host.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Break the law or infringe others' rights.
- Attack, overload, probe, or disrupt the Service or others' use of it.
- Distribute malware, run phishing, or host abusive content.
- Circumvent the Service's security, isolation, or access controls.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Your content and intellectual property
You keep all rights to your code, data, and applications. agentry claims no ownership over them. You grant us only the limited permissions needed to operate the Service for you (for example, routing traffic and storing the operational metadata described in our Privacy Policy). agentry and its own software, branding, and documentation remain our property.
5. Fees
agentry is free during early access. You pay your own server host and AI provider directly; we do not resell or mark those up. If we introduce paid plans, we will give you notice before any charges apply.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Because your code, apps, and data live on your own servers, they remain yours and keep running even if you stop using agentry. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the Service.
7. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, agentry will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Because the Service is currently free, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us (if any) in the prior twelve months or USD $100.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, announced to you directly. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
