Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 17, 2026
This policy explains what agentry ("agentry", "we", "us") collects when you use agentry.run, the dashboard at app.agentry.run, the CLI, and related services (together, the "Service"). agentry is currently in early access.
The short version
agentry is infrastructure that runs on servers you own. Your source code, your application data, and the databases you connect live on your hardware. We operate a control plane and an encrypted connection layer in front of it — we do not store your code, your databases, or the data inside the apps you build.
What we collect
Account information
When you sign up we collect your name, email address, and organization details. Authentication is handled by our processor, Clerk. We never see or store your password.
Usage analytics
We collect product-usage events (for example: a server enrolled, a sandbox created, a deployment shipped), along with the IP address, approximate location, browser, and device that generated them. This helps us understand how the Service is used and improve it. We use PostHog for this.
Diagnostics
When something errors, we collect technical diagnostics (stack traces, request metadata, environment) to debug and fix it. We use Sentry for this.
Operational metadata
To route traffic and secure connections, the control plane stores metadata about your servers, devices, sandboxes, deployments, and the certificates that identify them — not their contents.
What we do not collect
- The source code your AI agent writes.
- The data inside your databases or the apps you run.
- Your AI provider keys beyond what is needed to pass them to your own server, and credentials you bind to a server, which are stored to be delivered to your sandboxes.
- The contents of traffic flowing through the encrypted connection to your apps.
How we use it
- To operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- To communicate with you about your account and important changes.
- To detect, prevent, and investigate abuse or security incidents.
We do not sell your personal data.
Processors we rely on
- Clerk — authentication and account management.
- PostHog — product analytics.
- Sentry — error diagnostics.
- Amazon Web Services — hosting and database.
- Cloudflare — DNS and deployment domains.
Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary for signing in and keeping you signed in, plus analytics cookies as described above.
Data retention
We keep account and operational metadata for as long as your account is active. Delete your account and we delete or anonymize the associated personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us at the address below.
Security
Connections between your devices, agentry, and your servers are end-to-end encrypted, and every device and server authenticates with its own certificate. No system is perfectly secure, but keeping your code and data on your own hardware is the core of how agentry is built.
Changes
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, announced to you directly.
